So like many other Nintendo Wii owners, every Monday morning I check and see what the downloads are for the week. Also, like every Monday morning I find myself horribly disapointed. This week was no different. However, this week had something that I still can't fully explain. That something would be Sexy Poker. (link is safe for work) I saw this, and did a double take. Did Nintendo just release a game about strip poker on Wiiware?  Yes, yes they did. If you're in the market for naked anime chicks, Nintendo has a game for you. Well, half naked really, there is no actual nudity the girls just strip down to their underwear. These sort of games are fairly common in Japan, often times using Mahjong instead of card games.

I'm not really an advocate for this sort of thing, nor am I gonna crusade against it. Personally, I think it is a bit on the creepy otaku side. Really though, what surprises me more than anything is that Nintendo gave this game the green light. It just kinda confused me.
