Nothing like starting off the day with a good old American tradition, frivolous law suits. This one centered around EA, Godfather 2, and a supposed decendant of John Dillinger.

Jeffery Scalf, says that he is a distant relation to him, that his grandma was Dillinger's half sister. Thats a pretty distant relation, I'd say. Well anyway, the only thing that the courts are concerned with is that he is the one that controls the estate.

So why is he suing EA? Cause in the Godfather games, there is a weapon named "Dillinger" a sort of tribute to the late bank robber. Scalf will have none of that, though. Unless EA pays him a few million dollars for use of the name. Saying that he owns the rights to it.

EA has filed a request with the court to get the case thrown out. (as they should) Stating that they can use the name because it's covered under the First Amendment as artistic expression.
