So according to Toys R Us, or rather an ad they printed that was leaked out early. It looks like the Wii may be getting a price drop from $249, to $199. While at this point this is still considered a rumor. This could be just a photoshopped picture, with all that's been going on lately in the console wars, Nintendo would probably be wise to have a price drop. Of course when asked about it, Nintendo had their usual to say: Nintendo does not comment on rumors or speculation. There was also supposedly a Walmart ad the other day that showed a price drop as well. So it very well could be happening as early as next week, or possibly around the beginning of October.
