Hello again readers and fellow Warcraft fans. It's time again for more tales of my journeys in Azeroth. Let me ask you something, dear reader. Have you ever had someone who you just can't avoid, no matter how much you try? A person who just won't take a hint and buzz off? A person who just dares you to hit that ignore button? Well I have, and I encountered him all week long it seems, and why I didn't hit ignore is beyond me. Maybe it's because I sometimes feel guilty for doing that. As much as I complain about stupid and annoying people in this article, you'd think I wouldn't care. I don't know, but sometimes it just gets to me. I'll get more into that subject in a moment. As always, its time for a  character update. Well, you'll be glad to know that its been three weeks, and I still have my mage. I didn't delete him, and in fact I am having a blast with him. Mage is really a fun class; they might not be able to take a punch, but good lord do they dish out the pain. I Spec'd into frost for a bit just to give it a shot, and because I was up against quite a few monsters that were strong against fire. I quickly switched back thought, because even though it makes things easier to level, is really god damn boring. Fire is just a lot more fun. Currently my mage is level 43, and I am just finishing up the quests in Duskwallow Marsh.

Now for the alt report. As I stated last week, I made a tank. Well, after seeing first hand, and hearing the horror stories from Joe's paladin (he's had some rough spots) I decided to give it up, DPS is where it's at; there seems to be less bickering. So I rolled a rogue. I've never really tried it out before, but it looks pretty fun. Currently he's in Deathknell, and only level 2. I haven't played him much, but once he gets talents, I will probably make him assassination spec.

So there was this shadow priest, lets call him Fred. I talked a bit about him in the last article. He was the guy who got the entire party killed in Scarlet Monastery Armory because he wanted to try out Mind Flay. Well it seems Fred was everywhere I was this week. He was in every single group I joined, and messaged me about questing together several times. I just couldn't shake him, and as I said before I feel a certain amount of guilt for ignoring people. Although there was one group he wasn't with for long.

So I got into a group for Razorfen Downs, not one of my favorite dungeons, but it's alright. It's short at least, and it's better than Razorfen Kraul. Well, there were two people in this group that I had partied with before. Fred of course, and the paladin who was also from last week's story. The one that told me she couldn't group with retards, yet here she was again. Well, anyway we find a group quickly, the other members are a holy priest and a hunter. The hunter was kind of condescending, he says to me, you DO realize that you're just a little low for this dungeon, right? I'm like, “Look fucko, I'm level 35 which is about the mid level range for this dungeon, I'll do fine. So just shut your trap and shoot monsters.”

I get to the stone, and the dickhead hunter is already there, so we summon everyone. The only person who doesn't accept is Fred. So the paladin says to just leave him and go on. A few minutes later, he says that he's done and has accepted the summon, but asks us to wait so he can go back to town because he put something in the auction house he didn't want to. The paladin said, no..get in dungeon NOW. To which he replies with “ok...where is it?” There's a short silence followed by the pally saying one more stupid question and I'll kick you. He replies with “I thought that was a valid question” and with that..he is kicked.

So we continue on a bit, and after one pull the hunter said to the group that  he could go back and get Fred and it wouldn't take but a minute. The paladin was against the idea and said no, Fred would only slow us down and that we could easily four man the dungeon. His response was “oh yeah? Try three manning it!” And then he drops. I'll tell you this, my friends...the most driving force on the planet has to be spite. Cause we did it; we carved a blazing trail through that mother.

Actually, the paladin and I nearly two-manned it, because the priest kept going AFK. He was playing at work and was dodging his boss! Also, almost the entire time Fred kept messaging me asking me to quit the group, and join his. Even tried to bribe me with 15 gold. I said nope, this pally clearly knows what she is doing, I'm staying here. It was a good choice. That paladin might have seemed like kind of a jerk, but damn what a good tank.

Well, think I ran a little long this week, so I better wrap this up. It just goes to show you though, even good things can come from bad situations. Well anyway till next week, good luck questing, raiding or whatever it is you do in this crazy world...of Warcraft!
